He continued his studies at the Franz Liszt Music Academy in Budapest with Laszlo Mez\u00f6, Miklos Per\u00e9nyi, Gy\u00f6rgy Kurt\u00e0g and Ferenc Rados, and in Germany with Gustav Rivinius.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peter Somodari was the first solo cellist in the Lucerne Symphony Orchestra. He was a member of the Amar Quartet and the Keller Quartet. As an internationally renown cellist he has collaborated with musicians such as Christian Tetzlaff, Leonidas Kavakos, Patricia Kopatschinskaja, Boris Pergamenschikov, Truls Mork, Alexej Lubimov, Jonatan Gilad and Marta Gulyas.
